These gymnasts compete in local, state, regional and national competitions. The focus is on strength/flexibility and skill progression to prepare gymnast to compete in the USAG boys optional levels. These gymnasts' practice 16 hours/week depending on the level. We offer through level 10 with our coaches having over 50 years of coaching experience combined. Here at Arizona Dreams, we offer the most extensive team program in the area due to our coaching staff.
